Electrotren 2026 New Releases: Innovation and Detail

For enthusiasts of Spanish railway rolling stock, Electrotren remains an international benchmark, with a continuous and focused commitment to RENFE models reproduced with the highest level of detail and a wide variety of versions and liveries.

The year 2026 is marked by spectacular new releases. As the flagship locomotive, we present the legendary “Santa Fe” (RENFE Class 151), featuring an innovative water-vapor steam smoke generator. This technology is cleaner and more realistic than traditional oil-based systems, taking realism to a new level. Alongside it comes the famous RENFE Class 276 electric locomotive in three different liveries. Faithful to the real prototype, these models include mixed pantograph configurations (one diamond-type and one single-arm), a first in our catalogue, which until now only offered models with pantographs of the same type. These new releases, together with the in-stock models shown in this catalogue, offer a wide range completed in the quality that defines us.

We are expanding our passenger fleet with a series of new sleeping coaches (Class 9600) and baggage vans (Class 10400) of a completely new design. These iconic vehicles, essential to long-distance night services and Estrella trains, will add a high degree of realism to period train formations. In the freight range, the Transfesa Laeks 63c car carrier stands out. This model is unique for its exceptional level of detail, including a large number of photo-etched parts, allowing visibility even through the extremely fine grilles of the upper deck.
