HE2007 RENFE, electric locomotive 269, "Milrayas" livery, period IV

After the good results of the multiple series and sub-series of Japanese locomotives acquired, the Network decided to expand its order of 269 locomotives, giving rise to the sub-series 200. This sub-series, divided into two parts, represented an evolution based both on experience and on available technological improvements.

Precisely the last part of the sub-series, called "High Series", incorporated all these functional improvements, the most characteristic being the incorporation of Young-type side windows for the cabins, as well as new cooling equipment with resistance on the roof and underbody.
